WT110 Orchid Opulence Challenge to use a difficult color.

I liked yesterday's sketch (SC121) so much that I wanted to use it again.

Tulip flowers were watercolored with reinkers and blender pens. Stems were colored with a marker. I sponged Mellow Moss on the white parts to soften it.

The color was not a challenge, but making a card today was. Mom called to tell us that Dad is in the hospital. I will be sending this card to him tomorrow.

Very pretty card. I have that paisley background from CHF and it has yet to see ink....maybe I should go change that now ;) Sorry to hear about your father; I hope that everything goes well and that he is able to come home soon.
