Oh man, I had so much fun making this card, I giggled all the way through it. Can you see the can of snuff peaking through the pocket? I dry embossed a round chipboard piece. Hey, this is Texas after all. This is a remake of a card demo'd at Houston Regionals with a little more Texas twist. I added a hint of paisley to the red piece to make it more like a bandana. The point of the demonstration in Houston was to show us how we could use aqua painters with the spritzer tool, and, in this page, we put bleach in the pen to help get that faded denim look. So much fun.
I'm working on instructions for this to put on my blog, so catch me early next week at www.cateredcrop.typepad.com.

Snuff - ha ha ha ha ha! So cute! I have had set on my wish list since I decided I needed the denim BG before it left for good. I love the fact that this card may have been 'putzy' to make - my favorite kind!

Love that "Skoal ring". This is an Indiana thing, too. I've got to make this card for my son.
I like the distressing on the pocket edge too. I failed to get the denim BG stamp to use on this stamp. I'm going to try kissing it with an actual piece of denim.
