I got this frame at Target for $1. It had a polka dot grosgrain bow at the top. Well, that came off easily (and it was salvageable for another project!). I covered it with Recollectionspapers and used red liner tape to adhere burgundy grosgrain.

This is so pretty! I just bought 2 frames from the dollar store today to make something like this. I just need to decide what paper to use. I'm thinking about making one for my niece who's expecting a baby girl in August. Did you wrap the paper around the inside edges of the opening or cut it out and sand it? TFS!
