This card is for the father of a friend and he grows roses. I hope he enjoys it and it is not too femmy. I embossed the print pattern bg and I like the way it picks up the sparkle in the ribbon and the sparkle that I marked in the center of the little yellow flowers. I knew I didnt want a bow and when I tied it the ribbon just laid like that and I thought "how great, that works well" so I just wrapped it that way. The clippie repeats the center of the rose also. I am going to hate to part with this card. This card also works for last week's sketch challenge.

OMG Sherlie......your card is gorgeous! I have a rose that color....apricot with yellow in the center.......beautiful colors together. Your crossed ribbon with the clip in the middle is stunning. I must use that idea. A really outstanding card that would be appreciated by any rose lover male or female. TFS
