LSC112 Limited Supply "Wild About Birthdays" challenge to make a birthday card with a cutesy animal or critter, with the limited supply of time: take no more than 45 minutes.
When I read aloud the challenge, DH said, "Fluffles!" Gee, I think he wants me to use the new Fluffles stamps he surprised me with? Of course, I had the same thought, and it was a good excuse to make a belated birthday card, which is what crossed my mind when I first saw this image.
Inside of card was computer generated, and says, "I was tied up, and I missed your birthday! I hope it was happy."
I think this card would look better with thinner yarn, but that yarn was on a top shelf, and I didn't want to drag a chair over to reach it. Anyway, know I know why I save small balls of yarn...the yarn can be used on a card someday!
Sentiment layer is up on dimensionals, so there is room for the yarn to wind behind it, keeping the layer from being lumpy.

Alice - I love this card! I like how you used the yarn on the card to go with the image! And of course I think it is super cute - after all it's a Fluffles!

What a marvelous belated birthday card. Into my favorites it goes. Never can tell when my brain will freeze at birthday time! Of course, I'll have to buy the stamp -- oh, what a penalty!
