We thought we were going to see our niece (who has a December birthday) for Christmas 2006 but that didn't happen. So, we left her card with my BIL/SIL but realized when reconciling our checking account the check was never cashed. Turned out she never got it and we are as certain as possible the card/check accidentally ended up in the trash.
But we don't balance our checkbook as often as we should so this was a recent discovery.
We were going to celebrate Easter together so I made another card and we wrote another check.
The panels are leftover strips from a OSW, so I am putting it in the OSW collection. The sentiment is from A Greeting for All Reasons.
I didn't have any plum cardstock so I stippled Perfect Plum classic ink on Very Vanilla and on the piece of Brocade Blue (it looked bland with all the other aprts being stippled).
I like the basic layout but would have used some brads and/or ribbon if I had time and supplies (still building up the accessories).
Thanks for looking and ...
Happy Crafting!

Very nice. It's a beautiful OSW and I love the edging on the rectangle panels. The stippling on the brocade blue gives it such a depth and richness that's gorgeous! I think I have to fav this one and see if I can come up with something as pretty. :-)
