I've been trying to resist the bite from the Cuttlebug, but as you can see I am one of its latest victims. I always thought that it seemed like cheating- I don't know why, maybe because it is so easy to create an amazing background. At least I now have a reason to dust off my Sizzix and use it again!
Last night in my dreams I saw Froggy holding balloons. How bad is that!?!? Thus, today's card. I used the Happy Birthday CB embossing folder for the BG. The grass was handcut using my very sharp, small scissors. Froggy was colored with an ink pad lid and a blending pen. The snail has tiny 1/8th inch holes punched out and glued to his body. (I stamped and cut out a second body and mounted on top of the first for added dimension.) The balloons are actually from a Winnie-the-Pooh stamp- I just stamped on colored cardstock, and cut out the balloons. The strings are embroidery floss. This card is very 3-D. Almost everything is mounted on a dimensional. Thanks so much for looking!
