This is my first time to use this set and I think it works well with the marker challenge in WT108. I did a lot of faux stitching . . . something I love to do with markers. (I'd be working on this card till midnight if I had to drag out my sewing machine!)
I also just colored various markers directly onto my stamps, huffed and stamped. Then, to give the paisley more *pop*, I went in with my fine tip end and drew in the blue so it would be bolder.
I also wanted to challenge myself to make a flat card: no dimension, no lumpy embellishments, no ribbon or fiber (that was tough for me!) and I did it! I used the Petals & Paisley DP and with all the patterns and colors going on, I felt it added a lot of pop. It's nice to have paper do all the work for you! My white brads are faux that I made using a white gel pen tracing around a circle from my piercing mat.
