Believe it or not, this is the first time I've used Polka Dot Posies and the Bitty Blossoms background. Thanks for the great challenge idea, Julia!
I wanted to heat emboss the big posy stamp, but it wouldn't work with my Craft PIP pad - maybe because it's new. So I resorted to the Versamark & Classic Ink method: stamp into Versamark, then classic ink, then onto the cardstock and emboss. I used the 3/4 inch circle punch for the center of the flower, and then cut it out along with the leaves with my paper snips. The posy is up on dimensionals, as is the Kraft layer. The button is adhered with mini glue dots.

Oh, Linda, this is so cute! This set has been pulling at me lately...I just love these polka-dot flowers and leaves. That's a great idea to punch out the center and replace it with a button and, OMG, I love the Bitty Blossoms background with this!! I got that background just before it retired and I haven't used it yet at all. I sure love the white on pink!!!
