I had a request for a card to use flowers, lav/purple and blues. I'm not sure if I got enough blue in there, but I love the purples! I cased this card and made a few changes...
Thank you Genie1314 for your great inspiration!
I wanted to make it sort of a gift as well as a card, so I decided to make the scallop a magnet... it worked very well! I had a very small but super strong magnet set, I used a glue dot for the one that is attached to the card and it is under three layers of cardstock (and the glue dot). I then stuck the other magnet on the back of the scallop... it actually can hold the whole card on the fridge, but I really just wanted the scalloped circle to be the magnet.
I'm pretty happy with the results of this card!
