This is the card I made for my daughter's birthday. I normally never *stray* from Stampin' Up!'s products, but when I saw this paper at Micheal's I fell in love! (They also had it in Lavendar and aqua :-) The flower is from a group of clear stamps I got for $1. The gems are some misc. ones I picked up at Micheal's as well.
I stamped Happy Birthday on vellum c.s. by first inking it in Versamark then inking it in Regal Rose. Then I sprinkled Irridescent Ice e.p. over it..heat set..and voila! I did the same thing with the flower on the bottom of the card but used celery ink instead. Then, I took celery brads and dipped it in versamark and embossed with Hologram Highlights e.p. to give them some sparkle.
The ribbon is from Micheal's dollar bins...sigh...I went a little wild! :-)
Oh..the little dots on the smaller celery layer is made by my Sakura gelly roll pen. Love it!
Thanks so much for looking!
