I wanted to make use of this train set for the cover of a mini scrapbook for one of my child care families. Thanks to Wendybell's wonderful card sample for the inspiration!! I couldn't begin to create my own images as she did so beautifully (I had enough of a time coloring in the trains!), so mine is done with stamps and sponges. I cut the (big!) cloud in the sky from paper, and sponged around it. The background seemed to overpower the train cars, so I mounted them on Handsome Hunter cs in hopes of making them stand out more. The train track was cut from the bottom of the SU grid paper, then stamped with creamy caramel and Sahara Sand dots from Itty Bitty Backgrounds. What do you think of this ribbon?-- my supply is limited; I'm not sure about it. The oval punches were used to make tags to write each of the children's names (hanging from the bow.) There's one little train car with monkeys that didn't fit on the front, so I colored it, put my name in the box, and attached it to the back cover.
I'm going to keep this for a few more days before I give it away-- I'd love any suggestions to make it better!
Thanks for looking!

I think it's adorable and wouldn't change a thing. That's a lot of work, it's too cute!

Excellent job! I love the bright colors and the ruler across the bottom. You gave me a smiley inside - it's nice to know I can inspire SOMEONE once in a while!!

Wow! What great detail and love you put into this project! I think it looks great as it is. Love the final touch of the names on the ovals hanging from that fab bow!!
