TLC109 Chaotic B'day

Well...this did not turn out correctly, but I kind of liked the chaos of the floral bkgd. so I made a card anyway. Will try it again. I think the ink may have not have tried before I did the clear embossing layer so some of the originally stamped flowers also took some of the clear embossing too. However...it does still have a cool effect. What do you think???
