My 3 year old neighbor is going in for surgery on Friday. This is a little set to help her get well. The fairy notebook is for her to draw out her dreams and they might come true. The flower pen was made by a real fairy. The fairy shoes are for her to wear in bed to feel better. The bell has fairy magic...and when she rings it, help will arrive. Though I did mention that if she used it too much, it might stop working!
