Here's how to make these ornaments....
3" or 4" Clear glass ornaments
White tissue paper, the cheaper the better
Basic Black Classic Pad or other permanent ink pad
colored pencils, not watercolor or pure color pencils though, they will bleed.
glitter - the finer the better
Acrylic Satin Varnish for crafts and hobbies. I use a brand made by 'Accent'.
Take the tissue paper and stamp your images and color them. Spray with Krylon Fixative Sealer. Cut out within a 1/4" of images & set aside.
Take the top off the ornament.
Pour in a small amount of the varnish and swirl around inside the ornament and then let it drain into a plastic cup. Take the images you stamp one by one and roll around the end of a small paint brush...not the brush end and slide it into the ornament and let it unroll. Push it against the inside of the ornament and work out all the air bubbles. If any remain the image will not adhere well, after you have all your images into the ornament, pour a small amount of the varnish in again and roll it around to cover the back side of the images and refresh the inside area.
Pour the glitter inside the ornament and cover the hole and shake it well to dispurse the glitter everywhere inside the ornament. Set it aside to dry for a couple hours and then replace the hanger top. Add decorative ribbons if desired.
