You know those school projects where your child creates some artwork, and then it's sent away to be processed into a plate or cup?? Well, I decided to stamp on them instead of color a picture. It was easy and fun to get dishwasher safe plates etc. to match my home decor. Very durable! (Cups, bowls and other products available) See http://www.makit.com/

Thanks for all the nice words. Let's see if I can answer questions. I got the 50 sheets for $5.00 free 'cuz I'm a teacher and got it at a teacher convention. Once you get the papers, you stamp/color etc. on the paper they provide (it's a special paper and its the right size). Then you send it in to the company to be processed into a plate. It's like the dishware for kids - plastic plates, bowls, etc. with Winnie the Pooh, Disney princesses, etc. on them, so you know they are waterproof. (my plates are larger, maybe 8-9 in. diameter or so).
I had my class make them by coloring on them, or stamping there hand with paint. Well, be sure that the paint doesn't stick out (like a glob). Also, I recommend using the marker they offer!!! All others smudged but their's didn't. And I also used a little bit of white out on one person's plate. Well, the plates with white out or thick areas of paint didn't process well. But the plates shown here I stamped with classic ink, they turned out perfect. Hope this helps.
