I found this really cool paper at a stamp store in Oakhurst last year (just couldn't cut it) with the marbled stone already in it and just had to use it. Watercolored the hydrangea with WWC and a aquapainter, then overstamped the aida cloth background in almost amehyst, and sponged brilliant blue around the edges. Added ice stickles to the centers of the flowers for a little sparkle. The panel is popped up on pop up glue dots.
