I did the main snowflake using the Magic Rainbow method.
The light blue strip and tag have been sprayed with Pearl Ex and hairspray, so they really sparkle. You just can't see it in this photo.

It's easy!
Apply Pearl White Lumier to your stamp with a sponge. Stamp on black or navy cs.
After it dries, brayer over the stamped image several times using a Spectrum pad.
Voila!

Very cool! Another technique I hadn't heard about or used yet. I bet it looks even prettier up close because I know from experience Lumiere gives off a very pearlescent sheen!! Thanks Nan!
