For TLC105: I stamped the tree in white craft and then took my aquapainter and blurred the edges of the tree while the ink was still wet---kinda looks a little like a snowstorm. I also highlighted the branches and snowflakes with the stardust glitter gel pen.
For TLC106: I frayed my grosgrain ribbon, but I did the technique a little differently. Instead of cutting off the selvage, I took a strand from the cut end (as if I were unraveling or fraying the ends) and just kept pulling until it had unraveled the entire length of the ribbon---leaving me with crimped ribbon strings. I wanna go and try the other way though bc. I want to try one with fringe.
For CC103: I wanted the cool caribbean to be greener, so I stamped it in eggplant with French Script (which I then promptly stamped upside down, eeek!!!)and then in celery with Fine Lace. I then DTP'd the edges with white. The eggplant has white sponged onto its edges.
The beads are attached with crystal effects, and the white organdy was an RAK from pattyb----thank you so much!
TFL!
