Use 2 pocket folder, open up and score 5" down from the top and fold. fold each section in half at the top of folder and crease. Using a craft knife cut from middle crease out to fold. Do on right side too. Then cut from crease down to middle fold. This will create an 'M' shape. Cut off top 1/4 - 1/2" depending how big your crease was. Decorate stationery holder, add self adhesive velcro dot to top piece. Put the matching piece on, fold down and the velcro will stick where it needs to be!

Depends on layering or spinner applications. It takes 5 each side with regular layers or three with heavy layering or spinners (otherwise it squishes the dimensional dots and you have to 'open' them again to get them to spin.
