This is the card I submitted for my DD's friend's swap. The cutouts are all coated with Chrystal Effects and then dusted with Dazzling Diamonds. Please overlook the Vanilla ink smudge at the botton...I couldn't think of anything to cover it up so it's now just part of the design! Thanks for looking!!
