It's got to be around the corner...doesn't it? We're getting hit with 12" of snow tomorrow so Spring will be holding off for a few more days on the east coast!
This was a painfully easy card to create. The hardest part was deciding if I could really live with it this plain. I did add some paper piercing around the entire "hello" image to add a little something and a friend mentioned she liked the ribbon all bunched together as an embellishment so that got stapled on the front. I'm still not sure if it's just too darn plain, and never being one to actually pull out the stamp liner-upper thing (what's it called again?) my letters are a little crooked, but I do like the simplicity and bright colors.

This is a very fun card! I know what you mean. I usually get too detailed and difficult as well. It's wonderful to see something simple, with fun ideas (ribbon and different colored letters) that's bright and cheery. Good job! Stay warm! (At least it's a good excuse to stay in and stamp!)
