I appreciate all the comments ... thanks. You'll probably have to customize it to fit whatever you use. The calendar I stamped with TAC stamps but you could use one from the internet as well. At first I tried an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper and decided I wanted a longer flap so I used 8.5 x 11.5. Going left to right here is where I scored using my score-it (4 3/16 then at 4 9/16 then 8 3/4 then 9 1/8 and the rest is the flap). In other words it's 4 3/16 with a 3/8 gusset then 4 3/16 with a 3/8 gusset. To figure out my gusset I used a ruler and stacked my items on top of it other finding out 3/8 would be what I needed. I then ran my paper through my Xyron for lamination (two sided). Here's the trick... if you use textured paper the lamination does not like to stick to it so I then used red line tape and ribbon to cover the sides and decortated the front with red line tape and beads. Then all you have to do is put velcro on the flap (you might want to secure with red line tape also because the velcro doesn't want to stick to the lamination either) and you are done. Use double sided tape to secure your calendar, post it notes and note pad so they can be replaced when used up. That's it. If you have any questions feel free to email me. thanks again for the interest.
