I am learning so much from notimetostamp. The 2nd card I chose to case is so beautiful I hated to change it at all, however, due to the guidelines and a vast difference in supplies, (I always need more) I had to change it up a bit. Here is Sharons beautiful card Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I used Vintage Violet instead of Sage shadow and no browns. To get some texture I used Bazzill in place of the watercolor paper. I watermark stamped the pale plum background in lieu of patterned paper. Lots of other differences too, (stamps, papers, ribbon) but only because it was what I had. Thanks for the awesome inspiration Sharon!
Oh right, instead of watercoloring (lack o' supplies) I used stampin pastels and a blender pen. TFL

This is such a pretty card -- you have done a wonderful job -- love your embossed flower, colored in so nicely with your pastels -- just lovely!!! I really loved this layout -- it was from one of the sketch challenges a few months ago -- the challenges are a great way to come up with new ideas for layouts and colors and all sorts of other things. So glad you are playing today!!! TFS!!!

I think you did a wonderful job with this layout also. I love the change in colors and agree with others that your coloring of the flowers with pastels is gorgeous and the silver outline is perfect. You did fabulous and at least you will try to do something similar to notimetostamp...she has been one of my favorite since she posted a beautiful wedding card a long time ago....i am no where near her ball park...but you are not far behind at all...keep up the great work!
