You take a chocolate mould (plastic trays) and line it with a small piece of ripped mulberry or tissue paper. Then you take small wet balls of the same paper and squish it into the mould until it is almost full to the top. Use a stipple brush to push down gently, especially into the details. Be careful not to rip the base layer, that is what people will see! You have to let them dry about 24-36 hours then pop them out of the tray. Once they are dry you can ink them or pastel them (which I did with this one) and attach to your card! The prep work is a bit tedious but if you do 10 or 12 (whatever is in the tray) you have some ready to go for next time! I find the shallower trays work better than the really deep ones. Michaels always has the trays, but I'm sure in the US you have tons more stores than we do!

I made it at a SU card workshop. She had them all prepared for us, but I've since made my own. The scan doesn't really do it justice - it is popped out from the card about 1/2 inch and is hard to the touch. I wish it scanned better!!!
