This is the card I made for the Joan B's contest on her blog. I used black and white with a touch of silver. I used my Creative Memories circle cutter to cut the front piece of the card base in a half-circle, then cut two circles in white and black to layer on top. The top layer has stamped images embossed in white and then painted with Ranger Perfect Pearls for some sparkle and shine. I made a slit with my slit punch so the card front will tuck under the inside piece. Then I covered the slit with a button and tied with cord. The polka dot ribbon has a shiny silver tag from Target on tied on. I also punched rows of holes along the top and bottom of the card front, so the white will peak through.
