Nice colour combination. Would you mind to tell me the measure of the card? What is the size when it closes? What is the size when it opens? How wide is the centre part that you do not cut out? I look at the pattern but cannot figure out the size. Thanks for sharing.

Here are the cutting directions:
1)Cut cardstock to 6 1/2" x 5 1/2"
2)After this, I marked everything in pencil (only dark enough to be able to see well) on the cs before I cut anything, to prevent over-cutting.
3)Sides are 1 3/8" from edge
4)Bottom and top are 3/4" from edge
5)Score for the folds are 1 1/4" in from the side marking - only mark to lines for bottom and top cut lines.
6)Now you can cut and score, making sure to stop where lines intersect.
7)Once it is cut and scored, the pencil marks are easily erased.
Folded dimensions are 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
I will admit that since I am a quilter also, I have a tool that makes this easier - a 6 1/2" cutting square that has all of the measurements marked on it.
These cards are time consuming, but they are really unique when they are done.

I just wanted you to know that I received this card in the "Different Technique" swap and really love it. You did a wonderful job and I am truly enjoying it. Thanks, Chris
