I have a 14 x 8 room behind our garage that started it's life as a woodworking shop for the original owner. Two years ago I converted it to my SU studio. It's not as fancy or as big as I like and I'm constantly tweaking it. In the white cupboards (Lowe's) are an assortment of things, including gift wrap. The shelves which were there already hold my stamps and envelopes. The lateral file cabinet holds my paper. The rolling cart holds my crayons, markers, chalks, brads, pimas and wheels. I have monthly workshops with 6-8 friends and it seems to work out fairly well, without any interruption from the 7 cats which are in the house!

I must admit to being jealous of the space! Still, so glad for you that you have an area just for creating and room enough for 6-8 friends without overcrowding! Sigh.... maybe someday!
