Thanks, Im glad you like them. They smelled absolutely wonderful when we were making them too. I actually got the recipe off www.OrganizedHome.com . The recipe was submitted by Cynthia Townley Ewer, Editor. It can be found under Gifts In A Jar. Its a very simple recipe to follow and the ingredients are readily available. (note: glycerin is found in the first aid section of the pharmacy). There is even a printable tag with the recipe but I had this Rubadubdub stamp set and was dying to use it.
Ooops! So sorry. I double checked and the recipe is actually posted on an affiliate site: www.organizedChristmas.com . It can be found under Gifts/ Kitchen Gifts/ Gifts in a Jar/ then under Bath Salts. Sorry for the scavenger hunt. Both sites have some very cool things on them, for all of us that are constantly striving for some organization in our lives. :-)
I was thinking that it would make an equally great Valentine gift. Just mix the salts all together to make pink, instead of layering it like a candy cane. Then you could color the tag and accent it to look more Valentine-like too!
