Sorry the scan is terrible but the card is so dimensional with the venetian blind effect. Used a piece of lace from my sewing basket for the topper and applied it with pop dots. The rose at the bottom is for a depth of field effect. Really doesn't show up as well on this scan.

I don't know of a template for this. Cut a sheet of cardstock in half vertically and fold in half. This will give you a 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 card. Mark horizontally at 1/2 inch intervals coming up from the bottom of one side only. The first fold will be UP from the bottom. Alternate mountain and valley folds. Punch holes on both sides to thread the ribbon. Start at the bottom right and cross over at the top to thread the ribbon. You should have 11 holes on each side plus one at the bottom of the card. It's not hard just time consuming. Mount this to a regular card. Velumn would be nice for the blind too. Hope this helps. Niki
