Since there are so many people wanting to know how to do this, I will just post a message in this link with the instructions! First you must purchase bleeding tissue paper. You can get it from most craft stores. It is tissue paper that's just like what you use to giftwrap or put in giftbags, but it bleeds when wet. The packaging must say "bleeding tissue paper." Tear whatever colors you want to use for your background into pieces. I find about 1" pieces work best for me. Cover a white sheet of cs with the torn tissue paper, overlapping a little bit, leaving no white spaces. Gently mist the sheet with water, making sure to smoothe out the tissue pieces, otherwise you will have white spaces where you have air pockets (which actually sometimes looks kind of neat.) But for the most part, you want your tissue paper to be flat on the paper when wet. Let it dry. Once dry, remove the pieces of tissue paper and you have an entire sheet ready to use!
