Inspired by ColoradoStampin, I decided to make some Valentine Hershey Bar vases for the teachers and staff at my sons school. I figured they could have their flowers and chocolate all in one!
Instructions: Lay 3 Hershey bars in a row, long sides together, and with wide scotch tape, tape 2 of the seams together. I used mono on one of the remaining edges and simply pressed together for the third seam. I cldn't get the third seam tight with the tape. Cut a piece of cardboard for the bottom, put mono around the edges and set the vase on top. I placed packing peanuts inside so the skewers wld stand better. The flowers are made from a folk heart punch. I used 8 hearts for the red flower and 6 hearts for the white. I glued with mono multi the tips of the hearts to the center cirlce. I hot glued the flowers to skewers that I painted green. The leaves are the sizzix leaf #2 die. I cut of the stem, folded in half, and punched a small hole to start the skewer. Not hard at all, just a little time consuming when you make 50 of them!!!!

I would love to know how you put this together. You are very talented.... This would make me feel good if I received it; Unfortunately it would not make it through the day. I would have flowers laying on my desk. lolololol
