I made this for my soon to be sister in law. It's my first shaker card. I followed //blog.ginakdesigns.com to make the shaker part. To make the bubbles I used ballet blue on a brayer and rolled it on bubble wrap. Then place your card on top and press down alittle. Thanks for looking.

Very creative way to make the background. I've not heard of the bubble wrap technique before. Great idea and it looks great on this card. Love your shaker. You did a great job with it. The sparkle is fabulous.
