Here is my dps for stamphappy6805's Faster-Higher-Stronger challenge - to scrap an achievement and include the colors red, yellow, blue, green and black.
These are the rest of my KITS pages (Keeping In Touch) for the grandparents for this month. I made two sets of this layout.
The journaling (a continuation from the first two pages) says:
Although Matt had the 24 hour flu the day before his first game, he still played and he played well. We were proud of him for going out and playing hard. He was wiped out after the games, though. He would eat and then fall asleep, especially after double headers. They had 9 games in 6 days. Matt hit a triple in the bottom of the 6th to win a game (they were down by 1 run and had 2 on base.) He also pitched several innings - this bruise is from a fastball that was hit right back at him. (He made the out.)

Great job Mary. You will have to tell me more about these kits. My son was always proud of his baseball bruises and now that he plays high school football the bruises are still there but in a different place now. LOL, boys!?!
love the layout. I never thought about scrapping my bruises, I have played for almost 30 years (I started when I was a baby, hehehe). I can soooo relate!
