The ribbon is attached to the sled with a pop dot so it moves when you pull the snowflakes. Got the movement idea from Carol Duvall episode-2 slits are cut in the card, the pop dot is attached to the middle section.

Sorry, one mistake in description, there is another small piece of cardstock perpendicular to the slits, which is fed (like a basket weave) through the slits from the back. This is what the sled is pop dotted to, and this piece slides back and forth. You therefore need to hide the mechanism on the inside of the card with a piece of decorative paper (I made it large enough to cover the inside top of the card)

This is so cute!!! I love this set, but they don't have a category in the gallery for it. I wish there was. I really like this, but I don't know if I can figure out how you did it. If you have any more samples made with this set, please share! Do you think this set could be added to the gallery? TFS!
