This shows the bottom two rows of my ribbon rack. Each section is 2 feet long. I got the gutter at Lowe's. I took one of the large SU ribbon spools with me to try. This guttering is plastic. Try your spool in each gutter before deciding. I have seen people do thiers much longer, but I had a wall I wanted to put it on so DH made it like this. He screwed each of the pieces onto a piece of plywood so that if I want to move it it is easy to do. I love it. If the bottom one looks different then the top one it is due to one of the end pieces getting stepped on before the project was done, but it still works great for what I want it to do, I will get a replacement sometime soon. The ends on these are sold seperately and they are what will cost the most money, that and the braces. I think total I spent about 35 dollars total. For the loose ribbon you see, I did get ribbon cards finally and 2 ribbon drawers to hold them in. I am going to have DH make me a shelf at the bottom of the plywood to put the boxes on.
