For today's color challenge . . . join in HERE . Scalloped edges were made with the Slit Punch. Dots on brads were drawn with white gel pen.
I first tried the Pergamano technique (read more about it HERE ) with this flower image but I kept breaking my vellum when trying to dry emboss it, so I tried this instead, to achieve a similar/quicker look: Stamped solid flower on vellum with White StazOn on the front of the vellum and then again on the backside of the vellum, so that my flowers were facing different directions. Then on the front of the vellum, I drew the lines around the flowers with white gel pen . . . easy faux pergamano!

Sharon - thank you for sharing with delight and your recipe! Saves this newbie a lot of time, not to mention heartache TRYING to CASE. I still haven't mastered the slit punched scallop. Dug out my scalloped scissors that was special ordered back in the pinking sheers days of 1985 :D and the new create a cut trimmer and haven't gotten close enough to the beauty of your cards to give credit (clears throat) to those with an artistic flair like you. Aren't we all lucky that I still have to learn how to use the digital camera to upload. Just beautiful, beautiful work!!!
