This is a top to bottom tri-fold card with a velcro closure, designed to hold a gift card. I used a 4.25 x 5.5" piece of Ballet Blue cardstock for the back of the card. I layered it with Bashful Blue. Then, cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock 3.75" wide and 11" long. Score and fold 3" from each end. I used a piece of plaid scrapbook paper from Michael's on the two end sections of the long piece. The images from the Polka Dot Party set were stamped on Whisper White using Ballet Blue and Bashful Blue ink. The candle was stamped using Certainly Celery ink. I used 2-way Glue on the "flame", and put some Dazzling Diamonds Glitter to add some sparkle. The paper with the image was mounted on Ballet Blue and Bashful Blue cardstock, and attached to the top section. Circles of Velcro were attached to the top and bottom sections to hold it together. Inside, I stamped "Happy, Happy, Happy" on the top, and left the bottom free to sign. In the middle, I used the Slit punch to created a place to slide a gift card.
