I FINALLY found something that works for embellishment storage! This "Craft Mates" storage container was purchased at a LSS but I have since seen them in Michaels. It holds 8 containers that have 14 "spots" each and the tops are flip top but they stay closed until you "unlock it" from the end. It is perfect as I have my eyelets, snaps, circle clips, etc all in one container and it is very easy to travel with. The holder also has pockets for your "tools" which is great. It works perfect for me

Yes I agree! I have one I purchased last year for beads and now use it for my emblishements. I do need to get another one! Does that mean I have too much? No I don't think so!

I have 4. Yes I have way too much embelli's (brads, eyelets....) but I also have one with beads and charms in it to make bracelets with. I love, love, love them. They don't pop open even if you drop the container. And if I am going somewhere I can just interchange the containers for whatever embelli's I need for that moment and haul off just what I need.

I have two of these I love them. I find I use my embellishments alot more than when they were in a drawer or cupboard.
I have made labels for the top of each box, and each container is for a color group, Bright Bolds, Earth Elements, etc. I love having my brads, eyelets, buttons together in color groups.
Sometimes I feel like I spend alot of time organizing and not enough time stampin and scrappin.

Thanks for sharing this clever storage idea. Must look for one before they are all gone!

I've been using these for years. I think I have about 10 now and won't go back to using anything else. They are perfect.
My only complaint about them is that the round edges (which would make it easy for the beaders to pull out individual beads) make it hard for ME to stack them on their sides, which is how I stack them. Luckily I bought enough of the square/straight-edged ones (before they changed the design) so when I stack them on my shelf, the rounded-edged ones sit in the middle and don't topple over. (Hope that description makes sense!)

I have several of these little containers that I purchased at Storables (a local container store). I love them! They are hard for me kids to open which is nice and if I happen to drop or spill the container....only the open one is vulnerable. I didn't realize there was a holder for them though!
