I made this simple one-layer card with my new dollar candle stamp. I masked each one as I stamped them across the card. They are colored in with Yellow, Fruit Punch, and Eucalyptus Stickles. After that dried, I cut around the leaves on the bottom, and glued a strip of black cs to the inside of the card for contrast.
To acheive the glowing effect, I simply sponged YoYo Yellow all over - no need to mask because the Stickles doesn't absorb the ink. The greeting has a sparkly effect from the Brilliance Lightning Black I used... I really like the effect because I imagine that it's glowing from the candlelight.
Finally, I just had to hunt down the perfect ribbon, which turned out to be two ribbons - and I was done!
