Take a 1 qt (wide mouth) mason jar and fill bottom with 2/3 sleeve of crushed graham crackers. Then take Christmas Peeps (trees, snowman or gingerbread men) and make a row all the way around the jar (I used 6 trees per jar) on top of the graham crackers. Then put the rest of the crushed graham crackers and put into the middle of peeps to keep them from falling in. Then fill with 1 1/3 cup of holiday M&M's. Add 2 TBS brown sugar to the middle of the M&M's and you're done!
Decorate jar as you please!
Don't forget to include directions on how to make for the recipient. They are as follows:
Empty jar contents into bowl. Snip peeps with kitchen sheers or cut with knife. Return peeps to mixture. Melt 1/2 cup butter and then add 1 tsp vanilla. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Pat into greased 8 x 8 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cut into bars and enjoy!
Now it won't look all that edible, but it's soooooo yummy!
