This is my attempt at becoming organized during the holidays this year! We don't do Santa at our house, but I consider myself the family Santa since I do all the shopping! I covered the book with strips of pattered paper and one strip of stamped cardstock. I distressed all the edges so that any wear would be less noticeable. I stamped the letters and DTP'd the edges, then cut the snowflake from patterned paper and arranged the letters underneath. The "planner" letters are cardstock stickers. Also added the little snowflake accents at the top. I made all this easier by dis-assembling the notebook first.
I created the dividers with patterned paper - simply folded up the bottom edge (horizontally) to create a pocket, then made a vertical score in the middle and folded it so that there was a pocket on each side. I don't have a rubicoil, so I just used my little hand-held rectangle punch for the holes.
I made the divider tabs by tracing the outline of a cardstock sticker I had - didn't have the stickers in the right pattern, so I just made my own! Traced it onto white carstock, stamped it, and added my titles.
The notebook and pen set is from Target. Both are covered with kraft paper so even the pen is easy to alter!
