The inspiration photo Karen posted for us to play from is in the link: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I used color, flowers, prints and patchwork as my inspiration. I gotta say, I love this card and will have a hard time giving it up!
The stripe was a green and white paper that I added more colored stripes with markers. The hydrangea is stamped on white cardstock and the black is filled in with a marker, H2o brush and pad ink for color. The cross stitches are real needle and thread stitches; always push through from the front to avoid white showing when making your holes. That panel sits up on sticky foam.
The row of flowers are colored with pad ink, cut out and glued to the panel. The rose is colored with watercolor crayons cut out and attached using the sticky foam. All edges are colored with black marker including the slot punch tabs/latches.
The solid colored paper is white with color added using a brayer.

Gorgeous Roxie! I love your striped paper. Ack - using a marker to color the black background, why didn't I think of that (my hands certainly wouldn't have gotten as messy, lol). I love the little accents - latches and eyelets. Thanks for playing!

I wouldn't want to part with this either Rox. I think you should put it in a frame and place it on a table for viewing whenever you pass by it. I love the little slot punch ( ? ) latches, they look so cool along with all your other details.

I cannot believe you stamped that hydrangea - it honestly looks like it was taken from a magazine or something as it looks like a photo. You never dissapoint me, but this goes way beyond that, one of your very best -- ty
