Thought I'd use the color challenge to design yet another possible holiday card for me to use. It's getting down to the wire and I still haven't found anything I like. Oh well. This card is a take on a gate card. The back piece is the usual 5.5" by 4.25". Then, the sage piece is 4" by 8", scored at 4". That is the only opening on the card. I kind of like the layout just because it's a bit different than what I would normally do. I put some diamond stickles on the stars to brighten up the night sky.

I really like this idea...but the words are hard to read. What if you turned the card the other way...portrait view...then the top could still open and the words would read better. Just a suggestion!
