This is for IC52 - check out the image AND the anniversary challenge!
Card is done by spreading lumiere (slightly tinted with pastels) over Cool Caribbean. The tissue paper was white and I dyed it (like you do the ribbon). Unfortunately I didn't let the ink on the flowers dry long enough and now they are much lighter and hard to see.
This is so much more shiny IRL, but after 12 pictures and a few scans, I just picked the best to upload.

How cool, and here I thought you snipped the bottom part of your aniversary dress off to make this card, it is beautiful, is that really your dress with you in it??
