One of my husband's friends saw some cards I made and asked if I would make a set of 20 for the squadron, sort of a squadron Christmas thank you card. Some local businesses donate things to our squadron around the holidays and I think he wanted these to send to the businesses as a thank you. Anyway, he requested something Air Force-y and Christmas-y, that said thank you and this is what I came up with. What do you think?
The jet and sentiment are embossed with silver powder, and the holly leaves are cut out and adhered with dimensionals. Silver and blue is for the Air Force, red and green for Christmas (duh). Next time I make a set of 20 cards for something, someone remind me to come up with a design that doesn't require so much CUTTING!! I thought I'd never get done with those holly leaves! But now I have $45 to spend on more stamping stuff so I'm happy!!!
Note to self: do not leave card with dimensionals in the scanner overnight...they're all squished now! Whoops!
