I used glitter glue to glue the snowflakes on, cause I didn't havve any crystal effects, it raised them up a bit, but it's hard to tell in the picture. -- I masked the celebrate stamp in a circle than dusted pearl ex on, then embossed the snowflakes in white.
The snowflakes are from Heidi Swapp, found them when I was looking for something else.

I really like this. The tag almost looks like a present. Its very sparkley, exactally how a Christmas card should be.
