To put the paper on, first add a thin layer of Modge Podge. Cut your paper slightly larger than the letter (don't worry about any trimming -- that will come later). Place your paper on the letter face up and smooth out any wrinkles or bubbles. Let this dry. Next, use sandpaper to lightly sand away the edges. Be careful, or you will tear the paper. You can also use this to give it a distressed look. Then, paint on a thick layer of Modge Podge over the paper. After this dries, decorate as desired.
