Making cards for children has to be one of my favorite things to do. I feel like a kid still myself, so its just me being me!
I watercolored the image, and distressed the edges with my thumbnail.
The candy canes are stamped, colored, cut out and glued onto the second page of the card and elsewhere on the front too. That was probably the most time consuming thing about this card.
The greetings were stamped in white but it wasn't bright enough, so I also used white ep and heat embossed.
I made tiny snowflakes along the top and bottom edges using a white gel pen.
What a fun challenge to create cards for children with traditional colors and themes. Thanks, Jen!
