I bought the plain glass balls at Michaels. I used the Classic Ink Reinkers and some drops in the bottom and then rotated the ball until it was covered. I then turned it upside down to let the excess ink out. Once that was done, I put dazzling diamonds in it using a funnel from Target, put a tissue over the top and shook it. It is super easy.

Wow - these are amazing and I would like to try to make them with my 13 year old daughter. Is there an equivalent to product Dazzling Diamonds? Is that a powder or a liquid? Please advise as I might have something at home similar. Where might I buy Dazzling Diamonds? I know I've asked many questions and would appreciate anyone's help that might know. Great work!

It shouldn't take that much ink. It still uses a good bit to make sure you have the whole ball covered, but not half the bottle. You have to put a few drops in the ornament and then rotate the ball to get it covered.
